Williams sight

Anyone have issues with Williams gun sight double charging? They double charged me for a muzzle loader sight. Called and customer service was rude and yelling. Won’t order from them again if this is the norm

I ordered a muzzy sight directly from their website a month or so ago. I didn't have any issues, though I never received any shipping notice or tracking information. It just showed up at my house about a week and half after I ordered it.
