...The answer is YES.
I was running a Nikon M-Tactical 30mm with a 42mm bell on my Tikka T3 300WSM and figured I would need to go mediums to clear the new Meopta MeoSport R 3-15x50 that I bought from Cameralandny.
I mounted the scope using my normal eye relief at max power, and there was about 3/16" clearance from the bottom of the barrel.
I was still concerned that Butler Creek scope caps might not fit but their size 40 (57.2mm) go on perfectly and I still have approx 1/8" gap.
