Bought these this past Spring. Used 15 in Alaska. This is what’s left. Great product. They all were made in 2024 and have a 30 year life dated from 2024.

Never heard of these before but how do they compare to mountain house or peak? For whatever reason I can’t stomach most peak stuff but find most mountain house rather good. I like to have a variety in the field.

They are more comparable to Mtn House as they have a similar shelf life(25-30) years. Both Wild Society and Mtn House are freeze dried.

Peax are freeze dried as well but typically have a 5-10 year life.

Not sure why the difference in shelf life.

The Wild Society are decent to be honest. I mix up my meals every year like I do protein bars.
