Why can't we find any 6.5 PRC brass or ammo anywhere?

It will, but it can blow the primer pocket loose when it does. I've read about some F-class guys doing this with a fresh lot of brass and getting 20+ firings.

I've had a few loadings with this Nosler brass; no work hardening has happened. Nosler's blemished brass ( At least in 6.5 PRC) sucks.

Your best bet may be to backorder some from Creedmoor Sports. I believe all backorders are filled before it will show in stock on the website so they may be getting shipments of it, but it never shows in stock unless they have enough to fill the backorders.

I’ve bought 7mag adg brass from them several times and am very happy with the product and the service.

Creedmoor Sports is a joke. I have had brass B/O with them since last March. I even got an email saying the price was going up, and if I still wanted to stay on the list. I said yes, But have found 100 lapua cases since, and am curious if CS will ever honor the B/O or if they plan to keep jacking the price until they match GunBroker.

Before all this occurred, I had ordered lapua 6.5 PRC from them, it showed up as lapua 6.5 CM. I thought dang I messed up. Well again I get a notice the 6.5 PRC is in stock, so I add it to cart, and during check out process I decided to double check and sure enough it was 6.5 CM again. It seems they automatically change to CM when the PRC is stock out. Either way I now have 2 extra boxes of lapua 6.5CM.
I will never do business with Creedmor sports again.

Didn't know that I was lucky either till I walked into one of my local gun shops yesterday and picked up a pound of H1000, a pound of IMR 4350 and two pounds of US869 at inflated prices of $40 each. Also grabbed 2 boxes of Hornady ELDx, 143 grain, 6.5PRC. They were at $52.00. It does happen!

I know it's a tough economy, and even tougher in ammo world, and even harder being it's 6.5 PRC, But c'mon CS, I have had several notifications from elsewhere and finally found 6.5 PRC lapua elsewhere. I won't use them again, I'd rather get raped by Gunbroker than left naked by CS.

I almost bought a rifle chambered in 6.5 PRC, but when I looked for ammo and or brass, it was either unavailable or available through the scammers, brass pieces are ridiculously priced. So I will wait.

And meanwhile there is Lapua 6.5 x 284 brass everywhere! Pretty sure I know what I would build. Same with 30 nosler vs the 300 prc , which I have. 30 nos brass all over at times. Prc is gone in seconds.
But I wanted to be super cool so at least I'm that!

I found plenty of Lapua but no Hornady, I find some loaded so I buy a box or two when I do, use them for practice and load what I want with the empties
