Today's country music is a disgrace to the real country music. George is the king of country and always will be. Love Don Williams, Alabama, John Conley, and Merle too.

You do know there's country music coming out that isn't the garbage Nashville produces? Some of the best country music ever made is from the last ten years. You just won't hear 98% of it on the radio.

Favorite new artists are Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, and Turnpike.

Newer stuff: Riley green, sturgill Simpson, Cody Johnson

I also like the more eclectic stuff like Hardy, Dylan Marlowe, Koe Wetzel, Muscadine Bloodline

For new stuff Cody Johnson, Zach Top and Riley Green are hard to beat. I don’t mind Luke Combs he's just not the style I like

90's country is an era of talent and sound that will never be exceeded, IMHO. George is the King, but I would have to say one of the best is Diamond Rio.

But currently, "red dirt" country is where it's at for good music that you won't find on the radio, for the most part.
