Is Rocky Mountain Calls Bully Bull Elk Grunt Tube Call a good call to use across the board for most situations?

I use it. Not sure what you mean by "across the board for most situations", but I use it for bugling.

This is a great tube that helps resonate your bull calls to a more realistic pitch. I have modified the end you blow into with a short section of radiator hose as the end you use is pretty small.

I use Rocky Mountain mellow yellow diaphragm cow calls. THis mellow yellow has made the bulls scream

I've been practicing with one for about a month now and I really like the sound of it. I think it will be in my pack next week instead of my Abe and Son which has been my go to tube for years.

I used one on my first and only elk hunt a few years ago and loved it; was able to call in a number of bulls. It may be a little big if you're super worried about size/weight, but I thinks its a really great bugle.
