Here they are. Swamp shark 175 grains. I’m impressed so far! Very solid looking head. First shot was in the bullseye at 15 yds in my basement. I’ll be shooting them horizontal instead of vertical. My arrows are cut to only be about 1/2”-3/4” past the front of my riser and I didn’t like the back of the broadhead hitting my finger at full draw. I may add about 1/4” in length to my fletched but uncut arrows.

I don’t think you can beat them for the price. I’ve shot only one buck with them but it did the job well. I’d probably shoot them more but I’m good friends with Tom and shoot cutthroat’s even if the price is up. I like supporting my friends. The Simmons are a good head for sure!! Good luck IMG_1605.jpeg

I’m thinking of switching things up this year. Headed toward an Easton axis 400 arrow, 50 grain insert, 165 grain Tiger Shark broadhead or possibly the 175 Swamp Shark. I’ve been playing with 340’s and have them tuned but it just seems like the 400’s shoot a little bit better and a little easier to tune. I’ve been shooting the 150 cutthroat’s but the price is now getting too much for me. I have a friend that swears by his Simmons broadheads. Interested in who shoots them and which one and real world experiences with them.
The 175 Swampsharks have performed well and deliver massive wounds.

I’ve killed 20-30 whitetails with the Landsharks (wheel bows). I knew Jerry and I would go to his house and buy them from him.

Many of those kills dropped within sight.

I’m now shooting the 190 grain Interceptors with my longbo.
