Who is modifying talley rings for Tikka?

I saw a thread a few days ago where a Rokslider is trimming talley 2pc base/ring combo to fit over the integrated Tikka rail. It looked really good. I didn't tag the thread to go back to it and can't find via the search function.

Who is doing this?

Why do they have to be modified?

I just got a tikka. Have to get some rings now

Justin, they don't have to be modified, but if you mill a section out of the bottom, they fit lower.
