Wasnt sure where to post this but I wanted to get it out to the hunting community here on the 'Slide. I landed my dream job in Southern Idaho, and I live in Northern Idaho. Was raised on a big ag farm in Northern Minnesota around this property, my great grandfather farmed it at one point and we were lucky to buy it... But as it pains me to say this my wife and I have decided to sell our hunting land and consolidate our assets to buy a small ranch in SE Idaho where my new job is located. She thought it'd be a good idea to post it up here as we want it to go to somebody with kids who hunt and want to farm/homestead.

Property is 160 acres. We've enrolled it in CRP for the income generating. It has a road system cut in as well as game trails that we keep maintained. This year we contracted a company to plant 250+ Norway Spruce seedlings around the perimeter of the farm.

Heres the link.

Any info on the tillable acres as far as CPI, soil types, any drainage work done, cash rent rate, etc? CRP contracts aren't guaranteed to be re-enrolled, nice to know what the potential crop income could be. I have a buddy in Fargo that has been looking for another piece of investment ground and this may be up his alley. I sent him the listing.

For this CRP contract, the new owner has the ability to re-enroll in the current contract or cancel it. It pays out in October via direct payment from the USDA office in Crookston.
You can DM and I can give you my email with all the information regarding soil tests etc.
