Damn thats awesome. Yah I think i’ll do 16.5” I think the velocity loss is only another 60fps and Im not shooting past 300. I ended up with a mini action and a tikka so might keep the tikka longer and build the mini to be my compact featgerweight gun.

Did you shoot that hog through the mouth? It looked weird

Also wondering if youve shot any light bullets 50-55 through it and how they performed

I shot him directly between his shoulders since the was facing straight towards me with his head down.. then shot him behind the ear when he was flopping around…

I’ve only shot some 68gr bullets to get it on paper and since haven shot 77gr TMk exclusively

Well I went with 16.5”, shot it a couple times the other day, it was surprisingly loud compared to what I remember the 22” barrel sounding like. But im wondering if even at 18” it would be around the same db as 16.5
