I have a clip on arriving today. I'm going to test it out with a few different scopes that I have. Mine are all SFP though and for this application I am pretty sure I would like a FFP. A few of the scopes I'm going to test it with are a March 2.5-25, Trijicon Credo 2.5-10, Credo 2.5-15, NXS 2.5-10, Swaro X5 3.5-18. Those are the main ones.

3.5x on the low end might be too much to be able to see the menu. I would like it to have parallax adjustment. I am leaning towards a 2.5-20 NX8. Any other suggestions?

Regards, Branden

For any clip-on I’ve ever used (NV, IR), most of the time any magnification above 10x is unusable. I think a 2.5-10 would be about perfect for use with a clip on.

Agree with the above comment
I'm new to the clip on game. But from what I have learned is it depends on how much it's demagnified whether 10x is max usable mag or not.

Which 2-10, 1-10, 2.5-10 scope is FFP and has parallax adjustment?

Ive used a 2.5-10 on 10x and it was fine. Ive used a 3-15 and dont think I ever had it above 10-12x, again it worked fine - same with a 5-25
