Hey peeps. I got a link to McMaster Carr from another forum, and thought they offer many products, I'm a bit lost on which foil to purchase for a DIY cylinder stove.

Can anybody help me out with a selection? I've seen most people are using .004. Any reason, other than weight, that I shouldn't bump up the thickness to .005? Thinking that the longer this thing lasts, the happier I'll be. Plus, I plan to use it while float hunting primarily, so weight isn't a huge factor. Also, this is going in a SL5. What would be the maximum length of stove would you want for two guys and gear? I was thinking of bumping to the 16" range.
Thanks
