Which chronograph?

PS: BTW replace an steel sky screen rods w/ wooden dowels. You'll thank me the first time you shoot one.
Had to perform electronic's surgery on my buddies ProChrono after he shot one of the sky screen rods.

Never had a glitch with my Shooting Chrony..... but its also over 10 years old... I scale every powder charge too so I would notice a difference if it were off.

Had a Chrony and it was a total POS. Had all kinds of issues. Erratic reading and would randomly switch between types of measurements in a session. Pretty aggravating. Customer service was nice about it, but after some back and forth I wanted my money back. Bought a ProChrono (I think that's it) and I've been happy with it. Still on the low end relative to Magneto, but works fine.

Have a Magnetospeed and like the heck out of it! POI from zero with the unit affixed has ranged from negligible, to 0.2mils, on both axis. In any event, I use MV data as a guideline to reference a load's performance. MV#s get skewed when 'truing' ballistic calculators anyway, so, I'm more concerned with getting useable data as efficiently as possible. The sheer ease of use of the Magnetospeed makes it soooo much easier to employ, as compared to setting up and positioning traditional screened units and fretting over light conditions.
If ya search around, could prolly find original V1 Magnetospeeds for an appealing price...
