Which bullet?

I am looking into doing a moose/mountain goat combo hunt in the next few years. My go to rifle is a 300 Winchester. Which bullet would you shoot a 180 grain Accubond or 180 grain partition my rifle loves both of these.

I use 200 Accubonds out of my 300RUM but honestly either of those will work great.

Either of those in the right spot will be dynamite.

I kilt mine with a 180 grain TTSX out of a 300 WSM. My buddy use a 300 win mag with 212 ELD-X's

I like flat shooting for the goat. Put it on em and they're dead.

Both are good, I prefer the accubond.

Either will work. My only experience is the the accubond. It always worked fantastic.

I have had great success with the 180 gr. accubond on Elk, Moose, & Mt.Goat.

Flip a coin. I also wouldn't ignore the 168 grain TTSX if you were so inclined.

Or 175gr LRX but of those two, Accubond. It performs like a modern higher BC Partition.

These are the two Accubonds I recovered from my Shiras bull. 200 yard shots placed behind the shoulder. Both were lodged in the hide on the backside.

Just killed my Moose three days ago in AK with 215 gr Berger Hybrid……one shot and he went less than 15 yrds. Shoot what your gun likes and don’t over think it.

I've always had better accuracy with the acccubond, and they work on animals too.
