Which bullet can you push more Barnes or Nosler?

My rifle likes the 150 TTSX Barnes and 160 AB equally. In reloading which bullet can you push a bit more?

Barnes for sure, but that is what they are designed for. Some say to a fault (over-penetration).

Nosler is designed to expend all of its energy inside the animal and it does that well. Pick the one you shoot the best.
