My father in law has 160 acres, with 110 of it put to beans and corn, and the rest of it Oak and Hedge thickets and timber with a nice creek that runs through it, and I have sole permission on the adjacent 80, which is about 30 corn & 50 CRP. I am very, very lucky!!!
