I sold a tikka I couldnt get to shoot. Make sure you have realistic expectations—it would be rare to get a 1moa 10-round group ime from nearly any factory gun including tikkas. Yes, I know lots will, but lots wont. Do try different mounts and a different scope though. If that doesnt tighten it up, unless its a family gun trade her in!! Its not worth chasing your tail over a gun that is crazy finicky.

As someone else mentioned, get the barrel crown checked / re-done. Cheap and is usually the culprit when all other things are fitted and torqued correctly. Other than running a bore camera looking for damaged rifling, the crown with the slightest "ding" on it will cause all sort s of issues.

I use a fatboy torque trench set to factory spec torque, and have tested tweaks to the torque to see any difference. No significant changes. I have not swapped my vx2 out, that could be the problem
VX2 is likely the issue, but give this a listen. It covers everything you should need.
