When do you pull the plug?

My issue with the 22arc is there’s not a tremendous amount of published load data on it. Between Hornady, sierra and hogdens I had varying data points for max load. It’s was nothing like the 6.5 or 308.
I went to Cabela’s a couple weeks ago to grab some n530 or n540. Online it said it was in stock, but those bastards we’re lying
Vihtavouri has load data for 6 ARC, find a similar bullet weight and construction, drop it 1.5-2 grains and work up .5 grain at a time to find pressure.

When you find your safe pressure, load 20 to group the load and test it out at longer range.

on vv powder if ur chasing velocity especially on a arc u should use the 500 series...they just add more nitro to the formula...and costs 20% more .. may look to n150 or 140... 140 may be a lil hot...extruded powder to get good case fill
