Wheeler #2 action wrench. Made for Remington 700 platforms but will work on several others including tikka which I just used it for. If you use it for tikka, flip the top half to where the flat side is down. Works like a charm.
The thing taped on the handle is the screw that goes with it so it doesn’t get lost. I only stuck it on there anticipating shipping it and wanted to make sure you get it with the included screw.
