What's your Luxury Elk Hunting item?

Here's the scenario.... I've got $1,500 in CC points to spend at Bass Pro or Cabelas. (CC Points add up between business and a personal)

So my question is what "Luxury" item would you spend it on?

I've got solid binos. Great hunting pack. A Truck camp tent that I like and can setup solo in 15 minutes. A backpacking tent I like. Don't need a bow. I have a Generator. I don't "need" another gun. (Did buy a new Glock 43 w/ MOS around Christmas on points already.)

Seriously I've got $1,500 sitting there and can't figure out what to spend it on......So give me your thoughts!!

Yes sir. Have a vac seal, grinder, meat slicer and dehydrater. We usually process 3-5 whitetail a year. Could use a replacement of the vac seal. But that something I'd just buy straight up. I like the idea tho.

I like the suppressor idea. Maybe a nice sleep system like zenbivy or spotting scope.

Yes sir. I don't get to rifle Elk hunt much. But I have a 7PRC w/ suppressor.

Also have a 6.5CM w/ suppressor for Whitetail.

I've been pondering that....Looking at the Vortex Fury HD 5000. They have 15% off right now, so that'd put them at $850.

Only hangup is I just bought a set of Vortex Vipers last fall. LOL

Coolers or truck accessories will get that spent. You also said you have solid binos but you may want to get a pair of SIG Zulu's for the stabilization. total upgrade especially the older you get.

It’s not $1500 worth but if you’re backpack elk hunting, down booties for in the sleeping bag and a packable camp chair are my “luxury” elk hunting items of if I have the room.

Reloading equipment, new boots, quality tripod setup, UL hot tent and stove, New game cameras, image stabilizing binos, lithium batteries and solar system, hot shower system, quality 22 rifle for training, upgrade a scope or spotter, new elk 3-D target, etc have fun!!!!

The cabelas vac sealer is huge for trying to save ounces and organize for a backpack hunt.

If you don't have good trekking poles then that should be first on your list.

Sleep system or LRF binos get my vote. IMO I'll take the rangefinding binos over image stabilization if you only get one.

-didn't see you needed to spend it at bass pro.... can't help there.
