I ice skate with a parachute for 30 mins before I hit the gym. Intervals, easy on the knees, low impact, high explosive power, and endurance its hard to beat for me. Ive done it for a while now, most gym/hockey training places have them here.(B.C Canada) And I also will jog up the mountain trails as well in the summer when the snow is off them. Other than that I don't do legs at all really.
