Mine are the ones that worked. This one found ribs going in and ended with ribs going out. A little work and it'll be back in service.

How do mechanical and replaceable's hold up?

Vortex 125 gr. 2" steel has been my go-to head for almost 20 years. They usually need the blades replaced but those are cheap. The ferrules are very stout.

Kudupoint. Ive used the 100s, 125s, 150s and the field points. They work well and fly very very close to where the fieldpoints hit with my setup. Ive also had success with the G5 montec on crossbow bolts.

muzzy trocar fan here. They fly well and get the job done.

I got the mechanical itch And have Been experimenting with sevr and muzzy hybrids but not on a critter yet. I bought a set of rages for a crossbow but couldn’t feel good about them opening. I called a buddy that runs a hunting operation in Texas and he said they banned rages a few years back because he got tired of having to bring out dogs to find wounded deer. not exactly a scientific study but I dumped the rages and went sever / muzzy.
