Just bought a 2015, F250 and I’ve been driving around for a couple weeks and this slid out from under the seat.

According to the Carfax, the truck was owned by the Wyoming transportation department. Anybody know what that is. If you can’t read the small print writing, it says

That looks like orifice plate used for natural gas measurement. The orifice plate creates differential pressure used to determine the amount of gas flowing through a pipe.
