Are these actually discontinued? Wyoming saw II has been unavailable for quite a while and I read somewhere it was discontinued, can anyone confirm? There is a Wyoming saw I for sale on Amazon but not the II.

This isn't the Wyoming saw. I know the design of the one you are talking about. I cannot answer sorry if they are still around or not. I really like the Dandy Saw and they are made in Wyoming. I have the Mini-Dandy that I carry in my day-pack. They make longer lengths for different uses also.

I saw that on Amazon, I put it in my post, but when I go to other website to buy the Wyoming 2 it says discontinued.

Also the Wyoming knife company doesn't sell their products on that website as far as I could see.

That would be too bad. I've had mine forever and it goes everywhere with me. Have you tried calling them?

I should add, their customer service is second to none in my experience. The little tightening bolt on mine stripped and they sent me a new one free along with a new set of 2 blades that I didn't even ask for.

Sent them an email, waiting for a response. I’ll be checking eBay.

That would be disappointing. I have one and have used it a lot. I hate to think how long I have had it..

I’ve got an original and a 2. Original needs a bone blade super bad and the 2 needs a replacement blade support. Bummer if they aren’t available anymore

6 mm Remington- my preference is the 18" dandy saw. I cut 26 elk with mine before I sent it in to be sharpened.

I have 2 or 3 of the original wyoming saws that have fine teeth on one side and coarse teeth on the other side. I keep the Dandy saw on my saddle and the wyoming saw in my vest. Both are too good to live without.
