What’s on your Thanksgiving menu?

Thought it would be interesting to see what everyone eats and maybe take some ideas.

We always do a turkey with basic seasoning and let everyone pick a side/dessert. Over the years we’ve had spaghetti, tacos, ham steak, elk roast.

Stuffed wild Turkey breast with a cranberry balsamic sauce, COPD potatoes (smoked mash potatoes, with smoked bacon and smoked cheddar cheese).

Heading to a buddies who is making a venison backstrap and who knows what else.

Always a Turkey on the grill. Cranberry sauce from actual cranberries, and homemade pumpkin pies. Green beans and prosciutto wrapped asparagus.

We have done chicken instead of turkey a few times before our kids were grown, now we do turkey for the "tradition"

The chickens are the way to go. Turkey is great but everything about the chickens is easier.
