I recommend not relying on the squeeze bags that come with the Sawyer filter. I blew out two different bags at the welded mouth on two different trips. I use a platypus bag for gravity filtration usually, and pack a small bag during the day. Also pack the syringe if you are in any sort of silty/cloudy water. It will plug or degrade capacity of your filter in a few days. Otherwise, far and away the best thing on the market. IMO

I bought the platypus gravity system (bags and hoses) minus the filter from Amazon. I then bought a sawyer inline and some extra connectors. I modified another 3l platypus bladder for inline use and also have the ability to quickly detach the sawyer inline to the 6l bags for gravity filtering or can use the 3l to gravity filter to something else. Lots of options!

Been using an AquaStar Plus UV filter. At first I wondered how well the UV filters worked, but after five or so years using them, I have yet to get any funky "bugs" from using it. Only drawback is it tends to eat the batteries in cold weather.
