What the heck is a RokBlok?

I’ve seen it mentioned a few times and can’t find it searched. Is it just…. a cinder block with a bag for a front rest? I tried it out and it’s a big higher than is comfortable for me. 30cal can with a larger bag seems a better height.

Lots of S2H images or Form pictures have shown using a cinder block as the base for a front rest (with a bag on top usually). "rokblock".
