I'm putting 60# mods on a Mathews Lift X due to a minor shoulder issue. I'm getting conflicting info and wondering if anyone knows if I should be shooting 300 or 350 spine off this set up:

*Mathews Lift X 33 60# and 29" draw
*30" VAP TKO (4mm) 4-fletch Q2i Fusion X-II 2.1"
*50 grain Iron Will HIT
*10 grain Iron Will Impact Collar
*125 heads

I think I'm probably on the border of both which is why I'm getting conflicting info. If so, would it be better to go stiffer? I'm planning on reasonably long shots and potential wind if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

If you went to a 28" shaft that might change things. I'd also bet with the tuning thingy on that bow you could get a lot of things to work in less than 6 shots.
Yeah I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I pre-ordered it! 😵‍💫 I haven't shot a compound in over a decade and things sure changed a lot! In a good way hopefully although I'm not a fan of the 'tech'. It's nice to be able to change poundage, length and let-off through $60 mods and keep strings and cables the same.

I have a 60lb Darton and Mathews on the way and ordered 4doz 300 spine shafts to go with them. I think you will be fine at 300 spine, there's a little versatility if you go to 65/70, you can sling 100gr head and cut them back 2"
