Im looking for a lighter pair of pliers for my havalon knife. What are you using?

Ive avoided taking my leatherman because of the weight but am thinking of putting it back in my pack for the other tools. What other tools are you all bringing?

Small pair of hemoseps (sp?) that doctors and surgeons use. Or fly fisherman. Super lightweight

I carry a Gerber Dime i think it is the smallest one I can find. Its only purpose is to change the blades on my Havalon Piranta. It is not necessary by definition but I believe it is necessary to stay safe and avoid a nasty cut or blade through the hand. I had one slip changing a blade (didn't cut myself but close) and have never questioned carrying some sort of pliers since then.

I don't have the model number handy but I carry the smallest size of slip join
Channel lock pliers. They are only about 4" long, they are very light and work better than the pliers on a multi tool

Channel lock mini, model 424. Weight 1.2 oz
