What rifle is missing stock options?

Writing to revive thread in hopes stockys won’t forget about all of us lol. Ruger American Gen 2, short and long action. It’d sell like hotcakes for sure.

I messaged them in regards to the RA initially in October of 2023.
Got a response that they had at one time made a VG2 and may again at some point.
Messaged again in July of 2024 with no response.
They haven’t engaged in this thread since May of this year.

I’ve chopped up my factory sticks to work for now.
In the future I’ll either get a Boyd’s to modify (which I’ve had issues with in the past) or deal with the weight of a chassis.

All this to say IMO I hope your not waiting in one.

That’s my thought.

Grab a Pro Varmint or Quest and do what I need to.

Quest is less than $200 with new bottom metal and trigger guard for the AR15 mags.

Finally had a chance to put together a Ruger G2 for the nephew. I must state the factory stock is an abomination of engineering. I can’t believe they considered it a good design. Clearly no one at Ruger actually test shoots their rifle or ever considered removing the action.

@Stockys if you are listening. Please fix rugers mistake and preferably with an AICS bottom metal

Well, mdt, indian creek, sharpe's and others make chassis for them.
Keyword there, chassis, not everyone wants a chassis for hunting purposes, I would say actually most don’t. A VG2 offered in SA and LA would sell like crazy. Especially since most offerings are not only chassis systems, but SA only as well.
