What is everybody using for cold weather gloves?

I go Michael Jackson most of the time and only wear a glove on my left hand. Shooting and calling with gloves is a mess.

Only option I use if really cold is the Sitka Callers glove, basically left handed glove with a warming pocket for the right hand.
