This is actually a pretty good idea. There should be a Legendary forum that after a thread gets certain number of memes and/or pages it becomes eligible to earn Legendary status. -- If accepted as 'Legendary' it transfers from its current forum into the Legendary Forum. However, it doesn't happen automatically. Once it reaches that threshold, it becomes eligible for a vote and must receive a nomination and a second from a WKR (sorry zeros). If it then receives 250 yes votes, we must also drop a thread out of the Legendary forum. No more than 50 threads can be considered Legendary at any time and after a thread is kicked off the island, it can't come back.
