Which part are you asking if I’m serious? Former or Latter? The reference to Star Wars was a joke but there are some nutty HR people and it’s just as political kingdom building as any other department.

I’ve worked in HR for over a decade in a variety of disciplines in many different industries. I am now working in a ‘corporate level’ yes.
