What do you think this mule deer scores? (trail cam)

Not to steal the thread, but I have also been curious to see what people think a buck scores that I got on camera. Any thoughts? This guy was public land in Colorado in a 0 point unit.

Honestly that buck just has “the look!”

That’s a type of frame where I shoot first and worry about score back at camp

Was that from the OP's buck or the second buck? If the first, then the second "guess" from ChatGPT is higher than the one it gave me the other day (which I posted previously).

Now what is interesting on ChatGPT, I asked it to score all of my scored Coues and mule deer. This is submitting multiple photos of each, different angles, and specifying the species. The most "accurate" score was 10" too high, had one mule deer scored over 40" too high (being told its a 200" but is actually 160"), and a Coues that was scored over 50" too high (a 138" Coues that really scores 88" - way cool 5x5 though). The rest all scored too high by 15-30". It was interesting that not a single buck scored by ChatGPT came in lower than the actual score; 100% were above the actual score. I have not asked it score any of my other game species.

Lesson learned: ChatGPT is fun to play with but there's a high likelihood of significant ground shrinkage and disappointment if I relied upon it to make a "go no go" decision on a target animal.

ChatGPT must be getting it scoring cues from Instagram. Most people are wildly over guessing deer when they throw a score next to a picture. If that’s its basis of information no wonder it’s off. Pretty incredible that it works at all though.

Ok I'll play OP your buck is about 162-164 and he's not super old. Buck number 2 he's nice and wide not crazy heavy with good fronts probably 175ish. Buck number 3 good forks decent width and its to early to gauge mass with the velvet development but he's middle aged and on his way to 180+.

From a guide perspective, ops buck would be a 160 and second pushing 180. Guessing actual gross score to be low 160s and pretty close to 180.
