What do you do when you’re bored on a glassing knob?

I typically just throw pinecones or small sticks at my wife until I am certain that I have pissed her off.

Then, I take me a nap. Lol

I usually put a hurting on a can of Copenhagen, carve sticks into weapons, throw rocks at small animals, and cause general chaos and unrest within about a 5 yard radius.

I'm not very good at glassing.

Being bored while hunting is a foreign concept to me, anyway. I do a ton more sit-and-ambush than still-hunt, btw. Never bored.

There is always something to watch, or something to turn over in your mind.

I'm afraid that if you ever get bored hunting, we can't be friends.

You kids ...

For $100 (paypal?---I'm not sure how any of this works anymore) I'll ask my cardiologist and his pharmacist lackey next time I see them --if ever-- if sunflower seeds, Red Man, or Beechnut would be preferred.

Any takers?

I'm assuming Levi Garrett is right out ...

I throw a book in my pack or download one on my phone and turn it on airplane mode and read to pass the dead time of the day. Currently on the 7th book of the Gray Man series. Read the terminal list series over the past two years also. All those mentioned are good books.

Hard to find in Co, I find them out on the eastern plains gas stations mostly, but spitz are better than David’s
Had a ~6 hour drive to my half way point coming back from AZ last year. Had been up for 17 hours, hiked in 4 miles, killed a deer, packed it out and then drive. I want to say I saw them at the gas station when I grabbed a coffee, Diet Pepsi and one pound bag of Spitz cracked pepper. Not a single ounce of any of that remained when I got to where I was going.

I know I have seen them somewhere.

My man, here you go.
