What brand glasses to wear while hunting

I used the Wilyx prescription too - got them for military and than when out at the workplace as prescription safety glasses. They worked great although a little goofy when not in the woods or at work 🤣. I also have a “normal” glasses pair of Oakley frames that also have a little curvature to the lens that I really like. Most eyeglass places will have some options for you. I’d asked my optometrist and he made some recommendations (he’s an avid shotgunner). I’ve tried contacts a few times and my eyes won’t adjust to them - glasses are a little annoying at times but a lot better than not being able to see.
thanks.. do they make prescription wrap around with minimum bridge blockage if looking to side while im shooting my bow? lol

As others have mentioned, get lasik. I got it done 5 years ago at 35. The only mistake I made was waiting so long.

wrap around style/easier to shoot with a bow and not fall off my head while hunting?

I am 61 and I've done it all - contacts, Lasix, readers, Oakleys, Tifosi's, Rokas, lanyards, croakies, Clics, on and on. Currently I need just a minimum of distance correction but really need to have a reader/bifocal to see up close. Somehow in my old age I've also developed a bald head and keeping glasses, even those mentioned above with grippy temples, on my noodle has become one of the world's greatest challenges. I've lost most of the above mentioned frames because at some point they fall off my face or hat or whatever.

Last year at the Optometrist office they had this frame available:
Champion Wrap Arounds

I had a pair made up into progressives with my distance correction up top and transitioning to my close up correction on bottom. I also got them in a transition lens so they get dark in sunlight then clear indoors/shady areas. Money. These frames literally snap around your head...the temples "pop" to stay open then literally snap around behind your ears. They will not fall off, no way, no how. Anyway, they might fit the bill for what you're after.

As far as lenses, personally I would not get progressives for hunting/hiking/activities - I have a hard time walking with progressives on because it kind of distorts the world so they were kind of a fail as far as outdoors use.

My plan is to get another with the frame mentioned above and have them made into bifocals with my minimal distance correction up top and reader correction on bottom in a transition lens - I think that's gonna be the ticket for outdorr active use. YMMV.
