I've got my original compound that I bought about 7 years ago. Bowtech carbon overdrive. Haven't had a good reason to upgrade. Bought a stick bow this year as well. I think it is more fun to shoot than my compound.

My very first bow was a green fiberglass recurve kids bow with a red plastic handle. I got it whne I was about five years old. Shot those wooden arrows with the plastics vanes and crimped on tin points.

I got a bigger one after that.

What's crazy to me is prices I think the proline brand new was under $200. The hoyt viper tech I still have will always have was given to me from my hunting buddy that passed away that bow has so many memories
