Bowtech virtue. I’m not even that good of a shooter and went from Matthew’s vxr shooting decent to drilling the juice out to 104 yards on my second day owning the bow- where I ran out of sight tape.
Most importantly, get with a bow shop that knows what they are doing. Almost all of today’s bows are great, if they are setup for YOU properly. There way too many shops out there that don’t know, or don’t give a shit. My bowtech is the best in Texas, so there’s that. Pride in his work and one of the few bow shops that builds his own custom strings. I’m an engineer- and I learned a lot just listening to bowtech talk about physics and why he recommends the things he does (arrows, fletching, broadhead, etc), it’s not all intuitive and / or understood by the majority of people.
