Haven't seen one in person but the pics I've seen were sweeeet! Can you still order directly from Xpedition?

My best advise is don’t listen to anyone’s suggestions! Just go shoot! The only thing I’ll say is bowtech shot as nice as my Mathews VXR when it was new. I stayed away from it because of the reputation bowtech has for blowing up. Not sure if that’s still a thing or not

Bowtech Proven 34. Sweet shooter and the draw cycle is way smoother than my Lift. Try one

I’m shooting a Bear Whitetail INT. Fantastic bow for the money and plenty fast. My wife just got a Matthew’s Lift RS and it is also great, especially for such a compact bow. She’s got a 26” DL/46lb DW and is getting 245fps with 345gr arrows. She shot it next to the Eva Shockley and liked how it felt way more. The 17fps higher velocity with everything else being equal was just a good bonus.

IMG_3324.jpegOld but GOLD! Still running my 2014 flagship PSE DNA SP, the thing is a flat out shooter. I went to my local bow shop a few years back, shot all their flagship bows, and bought a Darton Spectra E32 and it’s a phenomenal bow but I didn’t feel I gained anything and I lost weight and FPS (I’m a speed guy) so I went back to my PSE after hunting with the Darton for about 2 seasons. This bow just checks all my boxes and after all the years of hunting it it’s still running in mint condition (I take care of my bows and replace strings every two seasons). It slings arrows, has a smooth draw cycle, and is crazy quiet. I’ve got a HHA TETRA frame and dial with a UV3XL scope, QAD HDX Ultrarest with JRs suppression system on it, AAE 10 degree quick connect and AAE mountain series 12 inch stab on the front paired with an AAE gripper and 10 inch AAE mountain series stab off the back bar set out to 48 degrees to offset my full tight spot quiver. Running a Total peep 1/8 inch peep sight as well (IYKYK).

In the last year I have owned, shot and hunted with everything from a Bowtech RevoltX, PSE EVO EVL 34, Hoyt RX7 Ultra, to a Mathew’s V3. Buying and selling bows from the last 2-4 years allows me to truly shoot and try everything without breaking the bank… too badly at least. Bows always feel so different naked in the shop vs loaded with sights, bars, and quivers, and I’m not a guy who needs the latest model so I can usually find them for a 1/3 to 1/2 the price of new.
To continue, I have never been a big Mathew’s guy but have settled into shooting the Mathew’s V3 31 for this coming fall and sold off all the other bows except for the Hoyt as a backup. Fully setup, tuned and practiced with each bow, every time I would shoot the Mathew’s my groups would speak for themselves.
To conclude, not that my experience means much to anyone but myself, but Mathew’s was at the bottom of what I thought that I would like and came out on top.

PSE Mach 33. Absolutely love it.
