What 46 cal can to buy?

I’ve had a Hybrid 46 for around 3+ years now. It’s my only big caliber can, so I can’t compare it to something else firsthand. It’s big, heavy but it’s eaten everything I’ve shoot through it thus far. I’ve got more in mounts than I do the can. I don’t have any regrets about purchasing it.

I have the rambling man for a .400 legend and I’ve been also using it on a 9mm pcc.
Although it’s my first and only .46 can, it’s great for what it has done for me so far.
It’s crazy light weight for its size.
Sounds good on my .400 legend AR and seems to do well with 9mm subs.
It’s cool that you can use the R series end caps from dead air and its overall modularity.
I have the DA wipe end cap for my 9mm and it quiets it down just a hair more.
I’m also using the diligent defense ziltch mount with a kaw valley break and that combo doesn’t add any length the the suppressor.
I’m not worried about serviceability, as you can just fill with CLR and get 95% of the crud out.

Thanks everyone for the replies! I might consider the hybrid 46 DT as well since its quite a bit cheaper than the 46M model. I like the banish 46 v2 for being serviceable. Still deciding.
I wouldn’t worry about serviceability. They get gunked up quickly and won’t come apart anyway. Besides welded or printed is lighter.

I have a banish 46 original, big, heavy can. Also quiet. It works awesome on a sbr where the weight isn’t an issue. The v2 is smaller and lighter, not sure how the two compare sound wise. IMHO
You need volume to quiet a 45 cal rifle.

Went down this rabbit hole over the last couple of weeks. While it’s not out for me, I think needing to manage a 6-8 inch aluminum load through funnel is going to be a booger on hunts. The one I have for my brake is thin walled, I’d really hate to be 16 hours from home and kink a funnel. I think I’ll likely pull my brake off and just use a thread protector when hunting

I’m running a Ramblin Man on my Ruger Ranch 450 BM. Love the light weight of the can, makes the short rifle balance great. It sounds good with supers and subs.

Know nothing about it but have thought the resilient rambling man would make a good can for this due to being able to use it in a short config and it being a lot lighter than the three you mentioned.
I have the Ramblin Man. Awesome can on the 45-70 shooting both subs and supers.

Farro's lead farm has done a couple of 45 caliber suppressor shootoffs/videos. Ramblin Man and the YHM are the two that seem to be tops on his list.
