What do you call the chart or matrix or form that you use to write down and keep track of your velocity results at the range? Is there one I can just download and print.

Guess I wasn't specific enough. I googled dope sheet and rifle dope sheet. Under rifle dope sheet there was a form to record range windage elevation and POI etc... which is all super handy once you've developed a load.
I'm trying to develop a handload for my 30-06 using two different bullets 150 gr and 165 gr and three powders W160, Accurate 4064, and Ramshot Hunter. What I'm looking for is a downloadable PDF for recording bullet velocities / powder charges with fields for bullet weight what powder and how much powder.
I can make my own matrix sheet but I don't enjoy reinventing the wheel when I'm sure somebody offers exactly what I'm looking for if I just know what to call it.
I got a Shooting Chrony F1 and I havent even got it working yet, but no its very old school and wont talk to your phone.
