No experience with 3d printed calls. But the material the call is made out of makes a huge difference in tone and overall sound, so I would want to know what they are made of first. If it's similar to the density of the things we 3d print at work, I would be really skeptical. Looking at the website, it seems like the main benefit they offer is the custom logo or initials as opposed to trying to be a high-end call. Could be wrong.
$150-175 seems like a lot for a call, I have a number of those types of calls that are 15-20 years old, still sound great, and go into the field every year. I like acrylic for low maintenance and sound quality. Poly is okay, but once you get to a level of proficiency, you can probably get a little more out of a higher-end call in range and tone quality. If you can get to a calling contest or sports show where you can try several different quality calls and have someone help tune it to your style, you'll probably be happier in the end.
