Weight savings with carbon fiber barrel?

Curious before I buy a prefit and the tools how much weight would I save off a 24.4” sako Rem Mag if I got the tools and put on a carbon fiber proof instead of my stock barrel?

If the goal is weight savings, you should go with a thinner profile steel barrel. Carbon barrels are lighter than a steel barrel of the same profile, but not lighter than steel barrels overall.
