Any particular reason that you are selling this?

I’m trying to consolidate into a switch barrel tikka setup since I would only use this rifle for a short period during hunting season. Didn’t think it’s worth it to have $2500 in a setup when I can just spin a barrel on for hunting season. Kind of bittersweet since the action is so nice.

Thanks, was just curious if you had an issue with something on this particular model. What are your thoughts on the factory stock, by the way?

For a factory stock I think it’s above average. Ergos are spot on. Adjustable cheek riser is simplistic and effective. I think the camo pattern is just a hydro dip and would come off unless it’s sealed with a matte finish. It also could just be repainted very easily which I had thought about doing. The peak 44 ARCA/pic rail is very nice. Also nice that it comes with the magpul bottom metal. If this doesn’t sell in the next month or so I was going to take it to the smith to chop the barrel down to 20” and have it rethreaded.

Thanks for your candidness. I have been looking at these, esp. in the 280 AI. Yes, riser is simple, I was thinking I would throw a Salmon River Cheeky Riser on. Guessing you had, or were going to put a Hellfire brake on it? Those are nice

I actually use the area 419 adapters for my suppressors. They are handy when you have multiple brands so you can run one thread adapter for all of them.
