Waypoints based off current location

Is there any good mapping software (hunting-oriented or otherwise) that allows you to input waypoints via distance and azimuth from your current location? For instance, when I was in the Army, we could laze a target from our vehicle and we would get back an MGRS coordinate.

That would be quite a useful feature for creating waypoints on things you’re glassing, and it should be an easy feature to implement. More difficult to implement, but even more useful, would be Bluetooth connectivity to a rangefinder to automatically add or suggest waypoints when you range a target.

Anything like this exist?

Never mind, I just realized that Basemaps has a remote markers feature. Crazy that every mapping software doesn’t have at least the option to manually input a relative location…
