Waterproof stretch pants?

Is there anything out there that combines the stretch of the KUIU Attack pants but is completely waterproof? Not DWR but pants that are actually waterproof and isn't dedicated rain gear? Something comfortable you could wear all day, preferably in solid (not camo) colors.

I haven’t heard of anyone producing water proof pants that aren’t intended to be rain gear, no.

There are a few brands that make waterproof upland pants that aren't necessarily dedicated rain pants. While I haven't personally used any of them, Orivis and LL Bean come to mind and I think Browning made some at one point as well. That said, I don't know of any with built in stretch. I can certainly see the appeal, but I bet it's difficult to create a waterproof membrane with stretch.
