When your family likes to fall over dead in their late 30s to early 40s fairly consistently and the doctors tell you to cut out sodium, you kind of don’t have much of a choice. I drive a desk for 40 a week and am not much for working out but I will definitely get some sodium supplements for when I start hiking more again. It was amazing the difference I felt. I would advise anyone that hasn’t tried it, to try it at least once.
