Water bladder size!

2l big zip, anything more is awkward for me to carry and anything less is not enough
they go on sale at rei next Friday, 30%off it said in the ad

4L dromedary in pack and then for water storage depending on if water is available I have 3L big zip (for gravity filtering), 6L drom and a 10L drom for camp water storage.

3 L big zip wuth filter plus 2 rollup bottles that weigh nothing ...fill the rollups as you needed and pour into big zip.

3L big zip is all I run if there's plenty of water. This year though, I'm going to be hunting an area where water is a pain to get to from the camp sites I scouted, so I've been running a 10L dromedary for camp water this past couple scouting trips and man that thing is awesome.

either a 3L Antidote or a 4L dromalite with two 2L Platy bags empty and rolled up in the pack since I typically have to drop elevation or go so far to get water out here in the high desert.

I carry a 6l Dromedary, a 70oz Camelbak and a Nalgene.

Nalgene is always full for back up and I fill the bladders accordingly depending on the water situation. Some guys might call it overkill, but we can't live without water and you can get in some bad spots pretty quick with out it, so I go the overkill route. That being said, most the time my dromedary only gets filled halfway.

2L drom,96 oz. Bladder and a Nalgene. I will be getting another 4L or 6L drom soon. I also have an extra Bladder and Nalgene full in the truck just in case.

Most of the time while day hunting I don't carry a bladder at all, just a filter bottle on my waist belt. Water in my area is very plentiful, clean & pure, so I just tank up where & when I can.

For long backpack in hunts, I'll use a 2L Camelback Hydrostorm set up w/ a sawyer mini, and a 10L Dromedary dirty water gravity filter/shower bag at camp.
Oh and I carry a couple/three 1L Platy bottles, usually full of whiskey that I later use as clean water bottles for camp or pack. Really like those 1L Platy bottles, handy little things.

I have a 3L plat. Would like to go with a 4L Drom.

Is everyone using an MSR going with the regular or the Dromalite?

I carry a 10L Dromedary with hose kit. Most of the time I simply fill a third of the way or maybe half. There have been times when water was scarce and I was glad to have the extra capacity.

One 3L Platy Big Zip (dirty bag for gravity feeding thru Sawyer filter)

3L Source bladder (always in pack)

Also carry one 32oz. Sawyer squeeze bag (for on the run pack bladder re-filling)
And one 25oz. Camelbak Podium bottle (for mixing WA powder drink)
