Putting the 3 to 18 mark 5 on my 6.5 creedmore. Been looking at rings and decided to go with the Warne Mountain Tech medium rings. Anyone have any experience with them?

Limited experience here with a 30mm set and a 1” set. So far no complaints for about 18 months on a 6.5 CM and .308. No idea about the harder kickers. maybe someone else has more time and harder use to share their results.

I have them in 30mm on my .45-70. They seem to be fine. My only observation is they are 'heavy' for scope rings.

I am using a 34mm set for XTR2 and have no complaints.

You can check into the Leupold or Hawkins one piece integrated for some weight savings assuming compatibility with rifle action.

lows are borderline medium height.

if it’s on anything but a flyweight I’ve moved on to beefier rings.

Ive bought a few sets, no issues seems like great rings for the price! About $50 less than some of the other premium rings.

I broke a set. But before that they were great. And I had another set that did fine. Their customer service was extremely quick in getting a replacement set out and excellent to deal with. I’d still use them if I didn’t end up going to Sportsmatch and Hawkins.

Iv got a set that’s been passed around a few rifles. They are okay rings. I’ll agree that the lows are like many others mediums. They are light, you can tell they are not Hawkins/seekins or other higher priced rings. I probably won’t be buying another set.

Agree with most responses here-- I have one set and would put them on par with Talleys, which I like as well. Not as stout as say Seekins or TPS, but I like them. Like the looks of them, too.

I've had great success with them as well.

How do you like the scope?

I've been looking at them for some time now...

I have the mountain techs on my rem 700 243. 30mm with vortex viper. Haven’t had a problem at all. Shoots 500 yards accurately and have shot to 800 with them.

Just mounted a Leupold 1.5 x 5 on a Ruger Predator in .308 with them
for this season. Dang I'm loving that setup.
Should be perfect for the southern Appalachians.
