I just use the caliber specific sizes. I end up with the neck tension based off of bushing. They do make specific sized mandrels though if you want to get very specific on neck tension. If I remember right, they keep it .001 under bullet size.

Try to get a used rock chucker. They always work. Very precise. And you're just doing a few calibers.
